Gary Brandolino had the good fortune of beingexposed to art and music through his parents. Leafing through art books, and watching the creative hands of his father and grandfather paved the way for an interest in the fine arts. Working with his hands also meant an interest in Flamenco and Classical guitar with which he credits his Mother.

Brandolino went on to a bachelor's degree in art and a minor in Italian from Chico State University. As he pursued his sculpture he worked as a jeweler, group home counselor, substitute teacher and presently is a Personal Trainer in Sausalito, California.

As recently as 5 years ago, his preferred medium was stone. There have been numerous one man shows, group shows, and local art walks in the Central Coast, Mendocino and Sausalito area. While visiting a fellow artist Brandolino became interested in wood as a canvass and began a new direction. He is currently working with mixed media on a wood background and this showing is the largest retrospective of the last 5 years pertaining to his new direction.

Other mediums include ceramic sculpture that will be featured along with this mixed media series and stone sculptures in a soon to be released web site. Patrons will be able to purchase his art on line.
